Breathe

Are you feeling adverse effects of controlled media’s deliberate onslaught of lies and negativity?

  • Give yourself Time to rejuvenate.
  • Walk your dog, walk in nature away from your cell phone and TV.
  • Consciously breathe in the fresh air and slow down.
  • Think, rather than talk or listen to music.
  • Choose your thoughts, gently redirecting them away from dark rabbit holes of repetitive negative narrative.
  • Remind yourself that everything in this life is temporary.  

Rise above the storm for a clearer view. Exercise your free thought, enjoy nature, and simply breathe.

These are little coping tips I use to protect my sanctity of free thought from today’s constant onslaught of lies, negativity, and violence emanating through controlled media as perpeTraitors of the Deep State/New World Order strive to regain controls lost in 2016.

Understand Mind Control Tactics

As a survivor of New World Order MK Ultra mind control, I am acutely aware how viciously cruel perpeTraitors’ mind control tactics can be. They employ trauma as a primary basis for mind control of an individual, a nation, a world, and therefore are imposing terror from every facet of control they can muster.

 Trauma heightens suggestibility, whereby it is imperative to consciously override attempted subconscious manipulation by taking a break from their controlled media voice and unconscionable actions.

Since suggestibility naturally heightens when trauma occurs, truth and peaceful messages of unity are being censored while media repetitively bombards u.s. with lies and trauma intended to manipulate our minds into submission.

This tactic is not new. 

Break Free from the Tactics

Under MK Ultra mind control, I was exposed to the Deep State/New World Order’s dark agenda of altering our knowledge base through media and education, and I witnessed where swamp roots are planted.  National Security was invoked on my testimony by the same swamp creatures who are amplifying their media voice today in their determination to regain control at all costs through false flags and funding violent riots.

They are only a handful of perpeTraitors orchestrating the New World Order agenda and it is inexcusable they should rule so many. I broke free of their controls thanks to intel insider Mark Phillips and the healing methods he gleaned from mind sciences. Now I’m telling. All.

We-The-People, United in Truth

Awareness of this New World Order agenda reached critical mass when people woke up to rampant pervasiveness of pedophilia, human trafficking, missing children, illicit drugs, tainted vaccines, and mind control in our school system promoting socialism to erode our sacred Constitution.

Armed with truth, We-the-People un-rigged our elections 2016 and made our voices heard just as we need to do again with 2020 vision.

Deep State/New World Order perpeTraitors could not believe that plans to solidify their agenda by placing Hillary Clinton in the office of President had failed.

Their mind control terror tactics that commenced with the Kennedy Assassination had been used repeatedly as necessary to assert mass mind control; including the assassination attempt on Reagan, Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City Bombing, Rodney King, 911, etc.  

To me personally, it is a harsh reality that so many have fallen prey today to the same old tactics when knowledge is our defense against mind control.

Nevertheless, We-the-People are on to them. We see their attempts to reclaim control over our free thought with repeated trauma and a constant barrage of repetitious lies through media intended to program u.s. into compliance while they censor truth and RIGHTeousness. 

Stay the Course

As the storm rages on and the swamp drains, many of u.s. who are awake and aware are growing weary of the onslaught. These powerfully transitional times we are living require strength of spirit, compassion for the fallen, and resolve to endure. 

We know calculated action is stronger than emotional reaction, which is why it is imperative that we take time to rejuvenate, strengthen our resolve, and maintain our free thought.

Breathe

Then I take a walk in nature.
