Our Constitutional right to “Plead the Fifth” Amendment is the legal maneuver Mark and I invoked to secure our freedom from wrongful incarceration by the Shadow Government/Deep State “witch hunt” waged against us.
By getting married in 1988, Mark and I assured that we could not be coerced to testify against each other should threats of incarceration by Deep State perpeTraitors be pursued.
Against all odds, we were struggling desperately to survive our exposing of crimes including mind control, pedophilia, human trafficking, drug running, and absolute corruption on the highest levels of government.
Without Due Process of Law
US Senate Appropriations chairman, Sen. Robert C. Byrd had been my owner in MK Ultra mind control since I was 13 years old and was among the high level perpeTraitors actively threatening our life and liberty.
Byrd could quote the Constitution the way satanists quote the Bible, twisting it to fit his Deep State global agenda.
As quickly as Mark had saved my life, his life savings of over $3 million were confiscated from his bank accounts. Already our Fifth Amendment rights were violated as no charges were ever brought against him or me!
Mark’s hard earned savings, a substantial amount at the time, have yet to be returned though over three decades have lapsed.
“Red Bagged”
Even with our Constitutional rights being violated and our abuse by a corrupt justice system, I healed from my torturous past as fast as possible in order to withstand our intense circumstances.
As quickly as US Customs and law enforcement confirmed my testimony, which I wrote out in photographic detail (using the methods presented in PTSD: Time to Heal), it was “Red Bagged” to all members of US Congress, the FBI and related agencies, as well as to the US President.
(“Red Bagged” meant it was secured and delivered overnight via Congressional courier.) George H.W. Bush, then president, was implicated in the crimes and thus threatened with justice.
Taking the Stand
September 19, 1991, Mark’s and my Fifth Amendment marriage maneuver was put to the test when Mark was brought before a Grand Jury for supposedly “threatening the life of a President”.
Of course there was no evidence of such a crime, yet we had to protect ourselves from the same kind of coercive interrogation tactics still being used today.
‘Pleading the Fifth’ would save us from being entrapped by the same high level perpeTraitors we sought to expose .
Unshaken
While the Grand Jury convened, I was detained, interrogated, and threatened in a separate room of the Federal Building by FBI Agent Brad Garret and his partner Phil Tuney.
Brad Garret (a.k.a. “Dr. Death”, Clinton cover-up expert, and currently ABC’s FBI consultant) attempted to “trigger” me into a perjury trap by using CIA codes, keys and triggers to my old MK Ultra programming. Much to Garret and Tuney’s amazement, their tactics could not sway me from truth due to my abSOULute healing. (TRANCE Formation of America; Chapter 33 “Victim of the System Timeline”)
Exasperated with his failure, FBI Agent Brad Garret resorted to coercive NLP in his desperate attempt to convince me that if I pled the fifth, that I would be “admitting to guilt and Mark would be locked up forever”.
Unshaken, I checked my watch, since all clocks had been strategically covered, and saw that it was time for me to take the stand. I quickly made my way around a maze of locked doors and down a freight elevator to the courtroom just in time to “Plead the Fifth” as Mark and I had agreed.
It worked!
Mark was free!
Take a Stand
Parallels to what Mark and I survived in 1991 by “Pleading the Fifth” is happening today on a grand scale. Deep State roots of corruption like we endured are now threatening vast numbers of aware individuals affiliated with efforts to stop these same crimes against humanity that we were exposing!
Ask yourself, what would happen if they would invoke their Constitutional Right to “Plead the Fifth” like Mark and I did?
Would it unclog the system, drain the swamp, stop the “witch hunts”, and reinstate Constitutional values of “Freedom and Justice for all”?
Just as time was running out on me in that interrogation room, it is running out on u.s. all. Is it time to take a stand for sovereignty by invoking our Constitutional right to “take the stand and plead the fifth”?
